When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. You will also receive an additional email with UPS tracking information. Please be aware, we ship Monday through Friday only. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.

Some brand of  shoes may take 10 full business days to arrive when ordering by Ground.
Important U.S. Shipping Notices

  • We must accept your order by 1:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday in order for you to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day (PM).
  • UPS does not deliver for FeetPharmacy.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. Hey, everybody needs a day off.
  • FeetPharmacy.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the U.S. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All unworn shoes are exchangeable or refundable. All shoes must be returned in the original packaging and in same condition they were shipped.. You have 30 days of purchase for return. Must be purchased from Feet Pharmacy.com and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please indicate whether you are returning or exchanging an item. Please include a copy of your invoice and a brief reason for return or exchange. If exchanging an item please specify style, color, size, etc. and include your name, phone number and order number. Please ship goods to FeetPharmacy.com.

For hygienic reasons we cannot accept return or exchange personal items such as but not limited to: Socks,compression Hosiery, splints, arch supports, or creams or lotions, after plastic bag has been opened or seal has been broken.
