Returns and Exchanges

SHOES:

You have 30 days of purchase for return or exchange your products.
All unworn shoes are exchangeable or refundable. All shoes must be returned in the original packaging and in same condition they were shipped, including no scuffmark, sole wear, wrinkles, etc. Must be purchased from Feet Pharmacy.com and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please indicate whether you are returning or exchanging an item. Please include a copy of your invoice and a brief reason for return or exchange. If exchanging an item please specify style, color, size, etc. and include your name, phone number and order number.

HOSIERY AND FOOT CARE PRODUCTS:

For hygienic reasons we cannot accept return or exchange personal items such as but not limited to: Socks, compression Hosiery, splints, arch supports, creams or lotions, after plastic bag or container has been opened or seal has been broken. All qualified items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
